Search button not responding
Tried to conduct a search and their search button didn't respond. Tried to log in and got told I needed to conduct a search first???!!!!

17 Sept 2022, 12:48Hi Xavier, nice to hear from you, but sorry you had trouble conducting your search last night. Unfortunately our agents are only available during office hours, so you received an automated 'away' message. The reason the SUBMIT SEARCH button was not functioning is because you were attempting to do a Third Party search, without having registered your details first. Unfortunately we do need to have you register yourself on the system first, so we have your details as the person doing the search on someone else - this is a legal requirement. So please do a personal search, in the SEARCH OWED TO ME category, and after you have registered you will be able to do the SEARCH OWED TO SOMEONE ELSE search. We apologize for any inconvenience.
