Found money but can't claim
BenX found a pension fund owing to me but they gave me the wrong details for the brokers and when I called, the broker said that BenX is sending everyone to them, now I am stumped, I know that there is money out there that is due to me but I have no way of claiming it.

Please ask the fund administrator to look for your claim using your initials, surname and date of birth - NOT ID number. Some policies used to be taken out with just these details and not with ID numbers, so when they check their records now they look for ID number and nothing appears. And please persist with them, some fund administrators are known to be unhelpful unfortunately. Kind Regards, The BenX Team
