Fabulous Helpdesk
Being not very computer orientated I was battling to find my way on your online search engine to look if there was any unclaimed money owed to me. But the guys on your helpdesk were enormously helpful and were able to guide me through the process step by step. Right to the very end. A huge thank you to the agents - you really helped me out and I'm eternally grateful. As my grandson says - "You Rock!"
