Bentley s bakery incident

There is a bakery in seapoint Capetown, on main road seapoint/ good bakery except for what I feel covid protocols" a bit Effy" / was in their Friday and person serving me, also transacting cash / did not see sanitizers behind counter / and even more shocking! Person serving me her finger touched the product I was purchasing! Also staff not aware of product knowledge, and pricing / and when addressed to manager on duty, he said" I run this place"?!/ What is with that? Unprofessional response plus argumentative, but did apologise for his off key response.Phoned one of the owner s Faith, and to be totally honest, not exactly apologetic and in my opinion besides addressing covid concern s, did not apologise for this experience.Felt the need on reflection to make a " hellopeter comment.
