11 May 2024, 13:49Robert here (Manager Bentley on the Beach in Umhlanga: South Africa) I took over in January 2024 and have only changed and improved since my arrival. The results are shown in the reviews. Since my arrival and taking over as Manager we have had receive more than 20 5-star reviews and another 4-star review. These old reviews are a long time before my arrival and I don't take responsibility for them. PLEASE come visit and make up your own mind. You will NOT be disappointed.

So nice to receive such nice remarks.
Since my arrival in November already I have started revamping and changing procedures from scratch as I realized there were space for improvement (like in any business) I am proud to say that we had more than twenty five-star reviews on Tripadvisor since I took over and another four-star review. This in not including the ones we had on Google Business. I would love to make up for your bad experience if I can. Maybe your input was just what Bentley needed to get back on track.
