THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL!!!!!!!

<p>made a booking for the Lodge via Rooms for Africa. They called me the day before my arrival to say they have not received my payment form Rooms for Africa. I arrived on the day and was told that my booking was not confirmed because thry have not received my deposit.</p> <p><br />I then had to find alternative accomodation for that whole weekend (For a family of 6) at night.</p> <p><br />When I called Rooms for Africa on upon my return home, to ask for my refund they told me that they paid the logde the week before.</p> <p><br />Now the manager Carla claims that i was a no show and refuses to refund me. She has come up with all sorts of excuses not to pay back my money!</p> <p><br />Security took down my details when i entererd the premises and they also claim to have cameras in the place, but she refuses to give the footage and the register for that day to show that i did not arrive. This is because they know I did.</p> <p>I still have not heard anything from them since and they probably thin I have given up, the fight continues. I have lodged a complaint with the consumer protection act and I am also taking legal steps.</p> <p><br />This is not the kind of establishment I would reccomend to anyone, they are dishonest people who ***** money from unsuspecting victims.</p> <p> </p> <p>STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!</p>
