Terrible Experience

<p>I was booked in Bentley Logde and Lifestyle in Durban from the 30th June to 04th July 2016 used Hotel.com website. We we arrived at the place on Thursday at 21h20 the room was not ready and they had to call someone to come to prepare and clean it. Eventually we checked in 45 min after that. Linen was dirty had stains like *****. Woke up in the morning there was no hot water. We took a cold shower everyday. We requested the number for the manager or owner and they gave us the number of Carla who did not answer her phone. This accommodation is like is catering for one, one night experience. They should not be part of HOTEL.COM.</p>
