Poor service and workmanship

Poor service and workmanship, i booked in my car on the 26 july monday the following day they called and told me that the car will be ready the following week and it weren't, I've numerously called in and each time they call to ask for the pictures for the car while in repairs they kept on promising to send them but never did every week they call they would be telling me that the car will be ready the same week but weren't on the 26 August it was ready i then collected it three days later i realised the reverse warining sensors sound is very low i could not hear it i then called them Alias the guy who have been handling the my vehicle told me to bring it in for assessment and when i got there he said he will book it in with the electrical workman to check what could be the problem and promise to call me the same day to confirm the booking but never did its been a week now again when i could hear a sound coming from the left front i could not figure out what it could be but did not bother me to much over the weekend i opened the bunnet am noticed the left headlight holder bracket is removed hence the noice when the ignition is on because is no longer holding on top and one of the ***** holder is broken i still dont understand what were they doing cause the repair was on the back right passenger door am yet to go back there about this am not sure is this will be another promise to fix but don't fulfill
