Lousy excuses

If there is a company that deserves a minus 5 stars is Bens panelbeaters. My insurance refered me to them and so my vehicle was booked in on the 3rd of August 2021. I was initially informed that it will take them less than a week as it was just a rear bumper repairs. It is today the 19th and all the time I'm given a lousy excuse. When your insurance refers them please think twice about using them or else you'll regret like I am right now. They are the worst and full of lousy excuses.
