Bad Travel Agent

I paid this travel agency R17 000 for a return flight for my daughter to New York on 30 April 2022. I'm having a very bad experience with this Mr Efe Idigun Ilaya the Director of Adoba Travels. Its been weeks that I call with no answer and send whattsapp messages with no co-operation from Mr Efe to issue the flight tickets. I need help to get a refund or the flight confirmation for the flight to New York that is on 13/07/2022. My Daughter received a message today from Efe that we must pay R3000 more for the flight but after the message he disconnected his number which is +***1. His Email address is ***, I have send him the proof of payment with a copy of the passport for my daughter but he is not answering me. I have traced his address to Suites 88 Sandton Therapy, Fifth Street, Parkmore, Sandton, 2196, South Africa. Please I need urgent assistance with this Travel Agent.
