Sail Canvas for patio

I got Benti Blinds to install a roll up sail for my patio. Right ftom the start it was installed incorrectly. They came out twice to fix it and then just started to ignore my complaint and inquieries.. The sail tore after a couple of months as it is not UV resistant. I got no response from Benri Blinds.
