Pathetic Service

I had blinds and a security gate manufactured and installed by Benri Blinds & Awnings. The blinds were wrong and they were returned. The security gate was installed and was fully paid for by myself. Not long after the installation, the railing started failing. This was reported to them in June 2019. They game out and stated that they would order the parts to correct/fix this. Nothing has happened since their visit. I phoned them yesterday 19th November, and was told they will not do the repair as they had to carry the cost of the blinds that were wrongly manufactured by them. I am currently getting legal advice and will be taking this issue further. I would not recommend this company to anybody based on my experience.
