Benri Blinds No afterservice

Appalling Service. Our blinds started to shrink we were told we used a gas heater in our lapa which we dont even possess. They then took the 2 off that shrunk. Its been over a month and not been replaced. Now its summer and the other 2 have shrunk on the other side. When i called to find out whats happening I was told i was rude to the technician and swore to the technician. Anybody that knows me knows i dont swear. What i did say to the technician i was not happy at all with the finishing touches
