Licencing department complain

There is a vehicle that is registered on my name in 2012-11-30 which I do not know off & Licence departments are taking me from Pillar to posts. Being to Alex Lic Dept and i was sent to Langlaagte Lic Dept, when i got there i was sent to Langlaagte Police Station to get some forms signed & when i got there i was informed that i have to go Aeroton & when i got there i was told due to demarcation i need to go to Benoni VCIU when i got there i was told they close at 12 on Thursday and i must come back on Monday 8 February as the guy who is supposedly to assist me didn't come to work, today the 8 February is my birthday and again am here at Benoni VCIU and the gentlemen is not IN and am expected to come Tuesday 8 February 2021. My concern here is people who works for our Government takes is lightly and they feel they can do as they please instead of assisting US. Like really i took time off from workon Thursday (4/2/2021) and Monday (8 February 2021) and they expect me to take time off again on Tuesday (9 February 2021) to come sort their out. Guys we also have work to do as much is they do, and we have bills to pay. I feel like am wasting my leave days for this because of people who are not taking their job. Am pleading with licencing department to please intervene, am failing to understand why on earth should we suffer for the service we paying for, secondly why was I sent from Pillar to Post by the department and not being serviced at the first place coz for God sake they are rendering the same services. They will therefore deal the demarcation at the back end. Licence Department Minister please help us. I also want to suggest that you introduce a system where when am individual is sent from one place to the other to be issued with a referral letter for tracking and complaint purposes. Coz really we are being taken for a ride by Government people and they playing on our heads. Secondly some of their staff don't even wear they name tags. Now am frustrated and now am being asked to wait for someone who went to Tembisa court to come and assist me after i complaint and insisted am wanting to see their manager. They don't even know how long this person is gonna take to come and if he is gonna come. Minister please tighten your robs, your people on the ground are abusing us and they disrespecting us and treating us like dirt.
