Unpaid fees

Dear Finance Committee,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the handling of the fees issue for my child. Despite a consistent payment history of 8 years, with fees paid in full between October and November, my child was kept out of class and made to sit in the oval with prior notification or communication sent a wats app Community group. I strongly believe that the contract for fees is between parents and the school, not between the child and the school. As such, I find it unacceptable that my child was treated in this manner, which I perceive as discriminatory and *********.

Furthermore, I understand that the board has stated that they did not instruct the school to keep learners out of class, which raises serious questions about the school's actions. I intend to seek further investigation and clarification on this matter.

I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue. I believe it is essential to find a more constructive approach to handling fees issues in the future, one that prioritizes communication.
