Incomplete Competency Certificates

On the 17/10/2014 I paid R 1 000 to Benoni Indoor Shooting Range to do my Handgun Competency Certificate. I completed the written assessments that I was given and did the practical assessment on 27/03/2015. Upon completion I was issued with a certificate of Competency. Upon application for my competency I was informed that I needed a Statement of Results which should have been issued to me along with my certificate. I then went back to Benoni Indoor Shooting Range to get these results only to be told by the owner that new legislation had been passed and he was not able to issue me with the Statement of Results as he was waiting on PFTC. I have subsequently contacted him on a weekly basis only to be told the same thing - he is still waiting on PFTC. I contacted PFTC directly to determine if he had in fact registered and was informed that he had but the accreditation could not be finalised due to outstanding documentation. I am getting very frustrated as my Competency and Firearm Licence cannot be completed due to the fact that I cannot obtain my Statement of Results and the owner of Benoni Indoor Shooting Range is just giving me the run around.
