Misconduct of a receptionist

The receptionist woman at Dr Pillay's Practice gave me a terrible service today and it's not the 1st time, she's rude and disrespectful as if she works for a public hospital to a point where her behavior got me in tears infront of every patient in the practice. I remember I stopped seeing the Dr 2021 because of her attitude. 2021 we had an argument that I went to see another Dr then went to see Dr Pillay's, note that these are 2 different days and I have been doing this from 2012 with my 1st medical aid with no issues. In my opinion both these Dr's they my regular Dr's and at this point I don't understand why is this a problem. For her because she's used to working with patients, isn't she's supposed to make me aware that I need to do this if I want to consult with them as a practice? Now today marks the 3rd of May 2024 samething happens, it's a new medical aid and I need to choose them in order to be assisted, she gets annoyed when I ask the process and she tells me that even in 2021 I did this and I ended up owing their practice R200 because I didn't nominate them, I used another Dr so my medical aid paid 1 Dr and not the other. At this point I'm sick, I'm here to see the Dr I will attend to this at a later stage, I will call my previous medical aid to find out worse case scenario, I will have to pay it right now I need medical attention. She went on to say I should not be assisted until I pay the funds, funds that I received the information of today. I went to the Dr's room as I was still crying had to lay down this incident and apparently she's misbehaving and something like this should not happen.
