Sold me a vehicle with no service history.

<p>I purchased a Ford Ikon 2 months ago from Benoni citi.</p> <p>When I took delivery of the vehicle Deon the sales person advised that the service book was not stamped after he assured me that the car was serviced. He said the book will be send to me the next week.</p> <p>The same weekend I took the car I had to replace worn out brake pads which I asked the dealer for compensation, which they eventually paid after few weeks.</p> <p>Now it has been over two months and the service book is still not received. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I feel mislead as I thought the car had full service history which clearly is not forthcoming. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed ********** asking him for my service book. He gave me lot of promises and now he is just silent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Benoni citi has failed me.</p> <p>I will be going to Ford to ask for a service history then take it from there.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
