Poor workmanship

<p>After using the VW dealership for 15 years the recent service and repairs was shocking .Very poor workmanship and customer service ethics by the service manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported this to all concerned even customer care line....I have since been refunded for the service labour cost in admission of poor workmanship.....why bother going to a VW dealer...if the service and workmanship is not guaranteed.</p>
