POOR SERVICE FROM VW BENONI CITY

<p> </p> <p>I have had enough with all the lies and running around that i have to do to get my car fixed with VW. in the beginning of the year my VW Polo 2014 1.2TSI DSG was giving me a Error message on my screen, i took it to VW and they had for about a month and assured me that it had been sorted out. i took the car back, that very same evening the error message came back. i took it back to the dealer and it stood there for 2 months more. last week Wednesday i had a meeting with the service manager, the sales manager and another Gentlemen from VW Benoni, i was told that representitives from VW SA would be present but to some Mystery he could not make it. VW Benoni says that they do not have a repair solution for my car. they were willing to buy my car from me but less than the actual value of my car, the value that they offered me was absolutely ridiculous. i was told that the error message has not appeared in the 2 months that it has been by VW but the same day when i took the car, the error message appears but this time the EPC light comes on as well. what nonsense is this? how can my car be at VW to be repaired for two months but still nothing happens???</p> <p>i took pictures of the error message coming on and sent it to the service manager at VW BEnoni City and she says that she will come and fetch my car, my car has still not been collected. no feedback, no concern at all. this is pathetic!!</p> <p>i am paying so much for a car that cannot be fixed by the same dealership that i purchased it from? how is this Possible? surely VW values there customers? VW Benoni City has assusred me that Germany has been involved with my concerns but if this is so then how is it that a Customer has to wait 3 months to find out that the dealer cannot fix the car and that the car still has the same problem???</p> <p> </p> <p>yesterday while i as at the delearship i saw how the workshop guys were driving the cars into the workshop, the driver was blasting the hooter and the passenger had the door open and was standing on the bottom Sill. with the door wide open... that is probably a customers vehicle that they are driving around like animals and that customer too thinks that his/her car is safe in the dealership. Funny part is how can a dealership give their customers a curtesy car with absolutely no fuel??? and return the personal car with no Fuel??</p> <p>something needs to be done, im not stopping here... this has to now go VIRAL. i have been patient enough</p>
