Poor Service

<p>I took my car to vw (Benoni Citi) for repairs on the 29/11/16. My car could not be repaired as they did not have the required part. They promised me that the part would be arriving the next day 30/11/16 in the morning and they would contact me to keep me updated. I had to call them (I called them twice) to get an update and they still have not received the part. I was promised that my car wil be fixed today 30/11/19. I need to get to work tomorrow so I need my car today!</p>
