More than 30 days to fix my car

<p>I bought a VW Golf MK7 1.4 TSI Comfortline Manual in 2014 from Benoni Citi, brand new. In the middle of 2016, 3000 KMs after its 75000 KM service, the oil indicator came up on my dashboard. I bought the oil and I refilled but 2000 KMs after that, the indicator came up again to which someone adviced me to take the car back to VW.</p> <p>When I got to VW (Benoni Citi), all they did was refill the oil and asked me to monitor the car and if the indicator comes up again I must take the car back to them. We carried on like that (oil indicator coming up and me taking the car back to them for a refill) until October 2016, where they took the car to take meassurements for VWSA and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong.</p> <p>They then asked me to drive the car for a 1000 KMs and bring it back to them, to which I told them I cannot guarantee to drive the car excatly a 1000 KMs but they insisted that it has to be a 1000 KMs.</p> <p>After a long and tiring back and forth oil consumption problem, I report my problem to VWSA and after that they (Benoni Citi) refilled the car and asked me to drive the car for another 1000 KMs and take it back to them. I drove the 1000 KMs and I took the car back to them on the 2nd of February 2017 and I have not seen my car since then (after a month). It's been a months now and they still cant tell me excatly when will I get my car.</p>
