Complaint

I am so disappointed. I bought a car at Benoni Citi VW not so long ago last year 2017. I went to go service my car at Lindsay saker Fourways after they had confirmed my Vin Number and car registration number and booked my car for service.After taking my booked car for service, It was found that my new car registration number had been **********ly duplicated, and someone had already taken "my car"for service, however with a different vin number and had already "been to service". It was then confirmed that I no longer have a service plan whereas I had been told my car is purchased with a service plan.
