Bad Service and Attitude

<p>So let me start by saying am a HUGE loyal fan of VW and their cars but today I have been left dismayed by the customer service I received at Benoni Citi VW from Annelise the finance manager, So I went there on behalf of my girlfriend to get an offer to purchase on a car she was supposed to go sign a deal for, because she wanted to get a better interest rate as the one offered to her by Annelise was too high, at the same time my gf was at Standard Bank and was told by the consultant there that she would get a lower interest if she applies through the bank of which I informed Annelise, claiming that my girlfriend had a bad credit that’s why she was given a high interest but I had the credit record on me and having worked for the credit bureau, I was aware that she has a very good credit record, I informed Annelise of this and her reception to those news was not happy at all she insisted if that she can’t get a better deal for my girl-friend no one can and furthermore she would not talk to me as I was not her customer, I then asked if she can’t talk to me can she then give my girlfriend a call then things got heated and she said my girlfriend must call her she is not interested in calling her. Saying that I was not going anywhere with Annelise, I stood up and sighed and her response to that was I can sigh till am blue I did not respond I just left. I immediately called my girlfriend to tell her not to do business with this Benoni Citi VW as the reception I got was very poor and I felt racially motivated why else would she call my girlfriend to discuss lowering the interest rate. Anyway am very disappointed as die heart fan of VW driving a GTI that such people can be allowed to represent the VW brand. Anyone looking to buy a car DON’T go to Benoni Citi VW the service there is very poor.</p>
