Bad Experience

<p>Purchased a car Hyundai I20 1.6 2011 tuesday the 19th July from Charmaine (Sales), I was promised that the car will be delivered before Friday as I had stated that I need to drive to Carletonville on Friday. During the time of wait I had to keep asking for feedback on whats happening with the car. The car was then delivered on Thursday after hours following back and forths emails Charmaine telling us that she can't deliver the car before Friday. On suturday we realised that the car tires were in a bad condition to travel with. We then took the car to Tiger wheel &Tyre only to find out that the tyres are beyond repair we have to buy atleast 2 new tyre. Whats even worse is that the spare tyre was puntched by a nail and it still had the nail in it to my surprise all the tires where nicely polished this means that the garage saw the tyres condition. This kind of negligence may have coursed us our lives. I have sent an email to Charmaine and ccd her boss C Kruger but non of them have come back to me.</p>
