REFUND
I was a property owner at Village 4. Unit 7 at Stone Arch Estate and Benoni Board is the managing agency for the mentioned Estate. My unit was sold and registered on the 2nd of February 2021. I have been paying my rates faithfully and when ask about my refund their account lady is very rude and makes excuses and promises. All I am asking for is my refund. Can you please help
