Manager with no manners

Great service from waitress Dorcas. Disappointed that I found Eisbien cooked with a price tag cooker was called to apologise and refused and then I requested for a manager.....he had no decency to come and apologise on behalf but instead just gave Dorcas a slip off a R10 discount. Told Dorcas that I'm disappointed at the mananger for no respect just to show he acknowledges the mistake. First time coming here and found such.....
