Negligent and rude
When my piano was returned after a service, the dust cover for the keys was gone. When I inquired they confirmed that the dust cover was still at the factory and they would return it. A few days later and nothing happened, so I followed up and they made the promise again. I followed up countless times after and it is now 3 months later! They are even ignoring my calls at this stage. Never again am I going to have my piano serviced or tuned here!
