Failed to honour their promises

I called Bennett Plumbers to come out to clear a blocked sewage drain. They made a perfunctory attempt to clear the blockage and then called in the municipality. The municipality did a superb job.

I then asked Bennets to quote for the installation of an electric geyser. They agreed to do this but did not come back to me. Following on this I phoned and asked again for a quotation and they promised to give one. But they never did.

Disappointing. I will not deal with this company again.
