DO NOT BUY FROM BENNETT AND CO SHOES

I ordered a pair of shoes from Bennett and Co on 02 March 2016. Shoe name; Stephanie Colour 1, Price R799.00. 18 months later, with e-mails to and from Lindsay Bennett the owner, I still haven't received either the shoes or a refund as she has promised. On 30 August 2017, I again sent a mail to tell her that I would name and shame her on social media. On 05 September 2017, she phoned me and profusely apologised. She also promised to refund me as well as send me the shoes I ordered. Up until today, 11 December 2017, I still have not been refunded and neither have I received any shoes. 21 months and 9 days later, no shoes and no refund. Hopefully no-one else will fall into the same trap as me!
