Very Rude Service

I was once given a membership on the streets by Body Lab without any explanation on how payments will be made nor, the next thing i knew my account was forwaded to Bennett & associates. Now i am trying to pay back my outstanding balances with them but whenever i call in , AMANDA is very rude and doesnt even listen. they have the worst service ever and hence i keep defaulting on every arrangement i make. i have had financial problem but put their debt at the forefront to avoid ITC but they have been very miserably rude. I will not pay for a gym membersghip i made while a minor and without a job nor a contract .....
