decieving customers and over charging

Bodylab gym decieves customers into contracts and then when you want to terminate the contract they say no and then hand you over to Bennet and Associates, and they add charges like 700 when you pay your account and when you want to speak to the manager they say no u can only speak to the consultants who cant even speak english properly so you cant even converse with them. I dont understand why you can never speak to the manager if you have a query. Worse service providers i have ever dealt with
