Deceiving the customer

I was once given membership on the street with the explanation that it's a 3 months free trial, the next things I was handed over to Bennet and Associates with the explanation that I signed a 1 year contract with them, I have never evn used the gym for that matter. The amount keeps on increasing, evn if u call them they charge u. Please help
