You pay but don’t receive your parcel

If I could, I would give them 0 rating!! Worst service ever!!!!!! Ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shoes September 2018...they would have refunded me in October but they didn’t!! After so many mails and automatic reply’s I decided to warn people on social media to not buy at Benna Bok, because you pay for something and don’t receive it!!! They contacted me via e-mail where they told me that they would refund me 30 April 2018...it is June, did not receive my refund either!! Now suddenly they want to send my shoes....just so I would stop to warn people against them!! If you pay for something, you must deliver!!! I would not recommend anyone to buy at Benna Bo****
