WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

SO THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW

15 August 2018 We requested a refund and they said they would refund us within 7 days.

18 September 2018 After numerous phone calls and emails that goes unanswered about our refund I posted a review on hello peter with the hope to get a response from them as to when we will receive our refund. Ons same day they rep**** to the review stating that they will contact me.

20 September 2018 After their press release we again requested a refund and filled out and signed the refund form as requested by them. Till this day we still haven't heard anything from them or received our refund.

2 October 2018 After the video they posted on facebook we again requested a refund as we still did not receive any response from them or our refund.

5 October 2018 They stated on facebook that we can contact Petro, the director of Benna Bok, directly via whatsapp with regards to our refund. On this day again I requested a refund as we still have not heard anything from them or received our refund. Petro said that she will attend to the matter.

11 October 2018 After I saw on their facebook page that we need to contact their attorneys, Van Staden Attorneys, with regards to our refund I yet again requested our refund from them. They only rep**** that they will get instructions from their client and that I need to fill out the refund form and sign the declaration. Said refund form together with proof of payment was already attached within my first e-mail to them. I refused to sign the declaration as we are not obligated to do so.

23 October 2018 Till today I have not received any indication from them as to when we will receive our refund.

Kindly note that between these dates we have enquired numerous times as to when we will receive our refund. We have phoned numerous times the number ********** , we have sent numerous e-mails to ********** ********** ********** (their previous attorney) and ********** (their current attorney) to no avail.

As we tried from our side to resolve this in an AMICABLE manner without any success as they just ignore us, we will be taking a more formal route in order to get back our refund. Luckily we have proof of all communication as stated above.
