Unhappy Benna Bok

I placed an order for a hand bag "order #5298" in June 2019. I paid full amount withing their stipulated time request and to date have not received the order. I have enquired several times and received one email. No further feeback received to say if the order will be made or a refund will be done. Just silence. Im very unhappy.
