They blocked me...no response. What now?

This is actually out of total desperation that I do this. I love their product, but I have ordered and paid on the 9th of September 2018 and up to today I have no idea as to when or even if ever, I will receive the goods paid for. I have contacted them and emailed them numerous times, without any reply that last 9 times. The phone can't take messages any longer and because I have asked so many times, to please please please reply, they blocked me all over!!!!! I can't communicate with them, and sadly I need to know how I will get the goods, as the address they have is wrong as well - what do I do? How will I ever be able to correspond if they blocked me everywhere????
