Swift Action by Management - Complaint Resolved

I would like everyone to know that the issue I had regarding Benna Bok's service & staff has jow been resolved in its entirety.

The management of Benna Bok as well as their lawyer handled the matter with professionalism & sincerity which lead to a desired outcome for everyone involved.

I would like to thank them for their swift action regarding my dissatisfaction & have been assured measures are being put in place to ensure something similar does not happen to future customers.
