*****ing money - claiming order is in production

I placed an order for pink pumps [Order #6003] on 27.08.2019 (R 249.99) I followed up on 02.09.2019 as to when delivery can be expected. I received a reply the same day that my item is currently in production and that they cannot give me a delivery date at the time, that I will receive an email when my order has been completed. I sent a follow up email again on 26.09.2019 requested feed back, but received no response. On 03.10.2019 I commented on a post on their Facebook page and also sent an email. The Facebook post with my comment was deleted and I have been blocked from posting on their page. I received an email at 17:09 that my order is still in production as per their "Terms and Conditions" I rep**** instructing cancellation of my order with refund. No response has been received.
