Shocking!!
Terrible! I placed an order on 26 June. After following up, I received the rude reply that delivery takes between 5 and 30 work days. I have battled to get in touch with anyone as they do not answer the phones. I received one reply, to ask if I prefer the product or a refund, but after that, nothing. I am now going to take legal action, as it is not about the amount of money I paid, but the principal that companies like these ***** your hard earned money. I will not let this go. I want my money back. I will not recommend this business to anyone, as it is the most shocking service I have ever received!
