Service? Rather lack of service

It is a pity you do not have -stars, as this company do not deserve any stars. Their lack of communication via email is something to be ashamed of. It has now been 128 working days and I am still waiting for delivery of a item which was paid for in full. They were very quick to remind me that they have a manufacturing time of 120 working days. Everyone want to jump on the band wagon - SUPPORT LOCAL - but with service delivery from companies like Benna Bok it is no wonder that we would rather NOT support local.
