I ordered goods and paid for from this company on the 3rd of August. This was done via their Facebook site, called Benna Bok. I have made several enquiries and received various promises none of which has materialized so far. They are now way overdue in terms of delivery as the suggested turnaround time for delivery of orders have come and gone weeks ago. It has actually turned into quite a circus as they are now claiming that they are being targeted by some unknown individual on Facebook. I don’t really know what that has to do with their failure to deliver the goods I bought from them. They have now roped in a firm of attorneys to “handle their refunds”. As is clear from the multitude of complaints about them for exactly the same reason as mine I seem to have been caught by a ****. Various other clients have resorted to the Ombudsman, the small claims court, forensic investigators etc. Definately not a company to do business with. Their ethics are highly questionable.
