I ordered shoes and payed benna bok on the 3rd of August 2018. After this the nightmare started. excuse after excuses and even still i believed them as i was desperate to get this shoes for my wife for a birthday suprise. after a couple of months i asked for a refund. their lawyers sent me a letter assuring I would receive my refund on 7 November 2018. that day have also now passed. sent them emails from yesterday and until now i have received nothing. i have been really patient up until now. i have not been rude at all. but this has gone too far. I am going to the police statoin first thing tomorrow morning on the advice of my lawyer.
