Benna Bok does not even deserve one star. They are **********. They have made many false promises to me that I will be refunded, come the agreed date, no refund. I have taken the step of issuing summons against them, the business isn't even operating at the given address anymore. I had to trace their current business address through other means. All the "happy customers" on their page do not even have valid facebook profiles, which is their main advertising platform. Seems like all the happy customers like the "new management" and payment promises, are ****.

They promised to get back to me after my lawyer sent a letter of demand for my refund. That was in JANUARY. management may be new but service definitely not. WHERE IS MY REFUND?
