So I am writing a second review, seeing that my first one is now blatantly being ignored. I ordered shoes from Benna Bok on the 26th of June. I was not kept informed about the progress of my order. Empty promises were made about when the order would be dispatched. Their legal representative intervened and agreed to be the middle man in any further communication. I have asked twice for an update, apparently they ignore me and their lawyer. As far as I can tell, Benna Bok is a huge ****. You give other new small businesses a bad name.

10 Sept 2018, 23:27As I mentioned before, I DON'T want a refund anymore. I want the product for which I paid. As for your lawyer, apparently you only communicate with him when you want to threaten or intimidate clients. When he sent you an email requesting that you urgently contact me, you ignored it. I will not let this matter go anymore, you have not kept to any of your agreements. The only possible way for you to resolve this is by delivering my order. And I am not prepared to wait another month for it.

17 Sept 2018, 12:22After further back and forth emails Benna Bok confirmed that they would complete my order. This happened last week. When I asked for an update today (17/9/2018) I was informed that my order is complete because I had been refunded!!!!! When did this happen? I never received any refund from them, neither could they refund me without knowing my banking details (which I never gave to them). I am furious beyond words. All along they were "trying to solve the situation amicably"but in reality they had ticked me off on their system as "refunded"and they never intended to do anything about my queries or complaints. I wonder how many people are being strung along like this?

19 Sept 2018, 08:20On 18/09/2018 Benna Bok sent me an e-mail with a supposed waybill number for my order. I have tried to track the package (it is a courier guy tracking number) to no avail. The Courier Guy tracking page simply says that no such parcel has been handled. So far Benna Bok has **********ly claimed that they have refunded me, and now I've been sent a waybill number which for all intents and purposes appear to be ****. At this point it is no longer just poor client service. This is *****, and I am seriously considering reporting it as such. I have had enough.

The shoes are of inferior quality, poorly stitched with glue pushed out between the sole and upper shoe. I am however not sending it back since I really don't want anything further to do with these people. My advice to prospective clients: do your homework before you think of supporting them.
