REFUND

We have canceled our order (2585) with them for VARIOUS reasons. In order to cancel said order my husband had to sign a document and in the document they said that they would give our refund within 7 days. Well my husband signed and sent them this document on the 15th of August 2018. It is now the 18th of September 2018 and he, as to date, still received nothing. He emailed and phoned NUMEROUS times, but they dont answer his emails nor his phone calls. They keep telling everyone on this site to try and resolve this in a AMICABLE manner, that they as a business has VALUES and that they are not a ****... but despite everything they say our calls and emails remains unanswered and our refund is yet to be seen. I wish we would have seen these reviews before ordering.
