Product delivery exeeds the waiting timeframe! More than 30 working days waiting for my products already.
I know the timeframe for delivery is 5-30 working days, as per message from benna bok who rep**** to me asking how long the items take for delivery. My problem is that my waiting time is past 30 working days already. I ordered my products on 17 June 2018 and should have received my products on 27 July 2018, but no delivery was made to me yet. When will I receive it or will I ever receive it? Thank you, I would like to have feedback on this. My order number 1603. Regards Marli Porter

In this case, today marks the 22nd working day with regards to said manufacturing lead time. Benna Bok is still within its given time frame as far as this order is concerned. You will receive a waybill via email once this order has been dispatched.
