Poor service & non existing customer relatikns
Poor service & even worse public relations. I placed an order 7 weeks (and counting) ago for a pair of shoes & 1 handbag. If you send an inquiry all you receive is an automated reply that someone will contact you within 24h, to date I have three such promises but no-one has responded.
