Poor service by Benna Bok

Poor poor service!

Good day I have placed an order more than a year ago, still no product and still no refund, I have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a gap after promises that i will recieve my products but after a few months still nothing. I would be so glad to get my money back the order was a gift from my husband for my birthday. Why can't they just pay our money back. They've blocked us on their page and don't respond on any emails.
