Poor service Benna Bok

Hi I placed an order with Benna Bok on the 10th of August 2019. My order was acknowledged by them. Upon my enquiry regarding this order a few weeks later, I was informed that they now have a time span of 120days for delivery as stated in their terms and conditions. Well it is now 4 months later, and still no delivery. How can these people conduct business in this manne. I am very disappointed and upset about this. I have now, for the second time, requested a refund, as I am not receiving my goods. Really, this is the poorest business ethics I have ever encountered. I am now waiting for a reply!! Needless to say, I will never order from them again. I was warned about them, but decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead with my order any way.
